1. Service provider and contact
REVAJB is provided by REVAJB 28 sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Wileńska 14B / U14, 03-414 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Polish Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number 0001245707, tax ID (NIP) 1133203814, statistical number (REGON) 544918700, share capital PLN 45,000 (“REVAJB” or the “Provider”).

2. Eligibility
The app may be used by an individual who is at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the agreement. A consumer is a user who uses the service for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.
REVAJB is not a dating platform, messenger, or therapy service. We do not connect users with one another or send messages to third parties.
3. The service
Depending on the available app version, REVAJB lets you:
- add context by pasting text or selecting screenshots;
- receive a short reading of the situation and suggested replies;
- copy, regenerate, and refine suggestions within the same conversation;
- save, view, rename, and delete conversation history; and
- tailor suggestions to your stated goals and writing style.
Revajb.com presents the service and hosts legal documents. It does not currently analyse conversations or create user accounts.
4. Technical requirements
To use the app, you need a compatible iPhone with a currently supported version of iOS, an internet connection, and an up-to-date version of REVAJB. Photo access is optional and is used only to select screenshots. Purchases require an Apple Account and a payment method accepted by the App Store. Ordinary internet charges under your mobile or broadband plan may apply.
5. Entering into and ending the agreement
The agreement for free use is entered into when, after being given access to these Terms, you launch the app and begin using its features. The app creates a technical anonymous account with a random identifier and does not require an email address or password. An agreement for paid features is entered into when the App Store confirms the purchase.
You may stop using the service, delete conversations, or request account deletion at any time. Signing out or deleting the app may make it impossible to recover an anonymous account, but does not by itself delete server data or cancel a subscription. 6. User content and other people’s privacy
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant REVAJB a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to technically store, copy, and process that content only to the extent and for the time required to provide the service, including through the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.
Submit only the part of a conversation needed for analysis and remove unnecessary identifiers of the other person. You may submit only content that you are legally entitled to process. Do not submit another person’s health data, sex-life or sexual-orientation data, beliefs, or any other special-category data without their explicit consent.

7. Acceptable use
You must not use REVAJB to:
- submit unlawful content or infringe privacy, copyright, or personal rights;
- harass, blackmail, impersonate, defraud, pressure, bypass another person’s consent, or sexualise a minor;
- attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, send automated bulk requests, or bypass safeguards or limits; or
- create or distribute content whose use violates the law, App Store rules, or the AI provider’s applicable policies.
We may remove unlawful content or temporarily restrict access where necessary for security, legal compliance, or the protection of others. Where possible, we will explain the reason and how to appeal using the email address supplied in the relevant report.
8. How AI works
Analyses and replies are generated automatically from the context and writing-style profile supplied by the user. The model may miss an important detail, misread a screenshot, or produce similar output for different users. A suggestion is not a fact, psychological diagnosis, or professional advice, and it cannot guarantee how another person will react.
You always decide whether to copy, edit, and send a message. REVAJB never sends one automatically. The limitations of AI do not exclude the Provider’s mandatory liability for conformity of the digital service with the contract.
9. Subscriptions and payments
Premium features may be offered as a weekly or monthly auto-renewable subscription. The weekly offer may include a three-day free trial for eligible users. When the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid and renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal. A monthly plan may be offered without a trial.
The binding price, currency, duration, trial terms, and next billing date are shown by the App Store immediately before purchase confirmation. Apple charges the payment method attached to your Apple Account and handles billing. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Deleting the app or your REVAJB account does not cancel App Store billing. Past purchases can be restored in the app. Requests for a refund of a payment processed by Apple may be submitted to Apple, without prejudice to mandatory claims you may have against REVAJB.
10. Right of withdrawal
A consumer entering into a distance contract generally has 14 days to withdraw, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law. Delivery of the digital service may begin immediately at the user’s express request made during the purchase process. A withdrawal or refund request for an App Store purchase should be made through the procedure indicated by Apple; you may also contact us at office@revajb.com. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that a consumer cannot waive.
11. Complaints and conformity
REVAJB is liable to consumers for the digital service’s conformity with the contract under applicable consumer law. In the event of non-conformity, a consumer may require that the service be brought into conformity and, where provided by law, may also request a price reduction or terminate the contract.
Send complaints to office@revajb.com or our registered-office address. Describe the problem, when it occurred, the app version, and your requested solution. Do not send an entire private conversation unless necessary. We will respond within 14 days. This process does not exclude other consumer remedies. EEA consumers may also seek help from a competent consumer-protection body in their country.
12. Rights in the app and output
The app, website, REVAJB brand, interface, and Provider materials are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms. You may use reply suggestions generated for you, subject to third-party rights and the fact that similar output may be generated for other users because of the nature of AI.
13. Availability, changes, and liability
We may perform maintenance, remedy failures, and develop the service. We will give reasonable advance notice in the app of a change that materially affects a paid service, stating its scope and effective date. If a change negatively affects access or use by more than a minor extent, consumers retain the remedies provided by applicable law, including a right to terminate in appropriate cases.
The Provider is liable under applicable law. We are not responsible for the content or decisions of other people, the quality of the user’s internet connection, or the consequences of a message the user chooses to send, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes to these Terms and governing law
We may change these Terms for an important reason, including changes in law, App Store requirements, security, providers, or available features. Each version will state its effective date. We will notify users in the app before a material change affecting an ongoing agreement takes effect, and users may stop using the service.
Polish law governs the agreement, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. Disputes are heard by courts competent under applicable law; these Terms do not impose a different court on consumers.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it conflicts with the Polish version, the Polish version prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law.
